Poseidon, the newest project located along the Lungomare coastal promenade, in the city of Vlora. Poseidon is stepped in 11 floors high, creating a dynamic movement of its structure, and therefore offering high architectural values to the ensemble of the existing buildings. The two symmetrical parts of the building are stepped/setback by one another, obtaining verandas with progressive surfaces.
The ventilated facade system with metal structure, a new construction technology that ensures high energy efficiency, acoustic insulation, longevity of the building structure and protection against moisture, has been applied to the building. The use of transparent windows on the facades of the ground floor brings more natural light into the space and visibility.

The coast near the area where Poseidon will be built has a 5 km long promenade that will give it a completely harmonious image, but also a unique identity for the coastal city of Vlora. The promenade will have green spaces, as well as designated spots for vehicle parking.
